The Ministry of Education confirmed that the existing confusion surrounding free applications and the mechanism for granting certificates resulted from the text of the law issued by the House of Representatives, which abolished the official brevet and baccalaureate exams and granted certificates to third-year secondary and technical baccalaureate students, but it did not specify any legal mechanism for granting certificates, especially for the intermediate certificate, nor did it address the conditions of free candidates. The Ministry explained that the minutes of the deliberations of the House of Representatives referred to conducting official examinations for free applications and not granting them statements, without the law stipulating a mechanism to regulate them. The Ministry requested the opinion of the Legislation and Consultation Authority to take the appropriate decision regarding the mechanism of testimonies and the conditions of private persons in accordance with the legal text, calling for waiting for the opinion to be issued before circulating any inaccurate information, stressing that it will announce the decision as soon as it is received in order to preserve the rights of all candidates.
